Where is Telford made?
All Telford formulations are manufactured in Ontario. We proudly work with a boutique manufacturer that uses 100% green energy sourced from wind and low-impact water generation. Our beloved lab has over 20 years of experience making premium, natural skin and haircare products.

What makes your products "clean"?
Our ingredients! Both those that we put in our formulations and, equally as important, those we leave out. We carefully choose and only include ingredients based on their functionality. For example, we use gentle, plant-based surfactants instead of sulphites; fermented radish root preservative instead of formaldehyde or any of its many forms. We do not include unnecessary ingredients to alter the appearance of the products. Synthetic dyes to alter the colour? Microplastics to make shampoo shimmery? Ew! These are easy and hard no's for us.

What is your shipping policy?
Free standard shipping for all orders over $150 (before tax and after discounts) to anywhere in Canada.
For orders under $150, we offer standard shipping rates through Canada Post.
Please note, we do not yet ship internationally - but stay tuned!

What is your return policy?
Unused products may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange, minus the original shipping fees. After 30 days of purchase all sales are final.
Please note, all sale items and gift cards are final sale.
Purchases made at retailers are subject to the return policy of the store – please contact your retailer for such returns and exchanges.

For exchanges, return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item. Please inform us of your return at hello@telfordbasics.com before returning your items so we may send instructions. For returns and exchanges you are responsible for return shipping fees. Your refund will be issued upon receipt and inspection of returned items. Please remember, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Please inspect your purchase and contact us immediately at hello@telfordbasics.com if the items are defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we may correct the issue promptly.
